Can anyone recommend a good eye cream that helps to lighten under eye circles? I'm 100% Italian and have been blessed with really dark under eye circles

Try Philosophies 'Hope in a Tube' - it's for eyes! (Its made to tighten the skin and keep your eyes looking alert and young.)

I use a little bit of coco butter and it has helped.

I use Hylexin.
I think Strivectin also makes one.
Both are super-expensive ($125-ish for a tube) but the Hylexin is a miracle worker!

La Mer eye cream is AMAZING...get a sample from one of the counters, its definitely one of the best!
