Okay so for the last week or so, my right eye has been randomly twitching. I can't really attribute it to anything, it's at different times...it's driving me insane...is this something that could actually be a problem?

I hate it when that happens!! I don't think its anything to worry about, just some kind of random muscle spasm, like the hiccups.

I was at the eye doctor last week about something else, and asked about the twitching. He said it often comes from dryness, and to use rewetting drops. Do you wear contacts?

Happens to my left eye all the time!!! (well, not ALL the time). It makes me crazy! I attribute mine sometimes to stress or tension.

I frequently get this when I'm very stressed or fatigued.

I had this happen a lot when I was tired and stressed. I also got little freckle type dots around my eyes.
Get some sleep and excercise (to relieve stress) It will pass.

I don't wear contacts...maybe it is stress...thanks guys!

That happens to me a lot. My top eye lid starts twitching....I think it's funny.

I have had the same thing happening to me lately... someone told me to start taking magnesium, so I am taking one tablet a day and it is helping a lot...
