Eyebrow grooming question

Eyebrow grooming question

Just wondering for those that did it, about how long does it take for your eyebrows to grow in fully? I used to have mine waxed, but they ended up doing them uneven, so now I am trying to grow them in fully to get them shaped properly.

The in between stage is driving me nuts, and I have a wedding to attend in 3 weeks, is it possible I can get it done before then? My eyebrows are kind of full when they're not managed.

TIA

Re: Eyebrow grooming question

I happen to see the Eyebrow Nazi of Delaware for my waxing. I say this because SHE WILL KNOW if you plucked. She flipped out because my friend who also sees her saw another waxer once and that girl took out some hairs that needed to be there, and EN narrowed her eyes and said 'You only make appointments with me, okay? That way she can't mess up your perfect brows anymore. Those hairs will take MONTHS to grow.'

She saw me and declared that I would need to be a work in progress, but that she'd wax what needed to be waxed.

I'm fairly certain that you can see someone and they'll work with what they can. You don't need to grow them COMPLETELY out to fix it.

Is this SARI in woodbury? Because I am undergoing the same process and she said she would sooo know whether I touched my brows. Right now I look like Elmo

Janna you can ask them to just clean the area up a little like the little hairs around the eyebrow. also try threading.

Re: Eyebrow grooming question

personally i think groomed eyebrows and white teeth can completely change a person's appearance for the better.....

you can have no makeup on and look like crap, but if you have good eyebrows it's all good :) it really does make a huge difference...afterall, your eyebrows frame your face, really.

It's funny that you posted this because I also have been trying to grow my eyebrows back in somewhat.

I wanted a different look.

I was told it would take a month or so, but it has been much longer and there is still not too much of a change to me.

I hate it because it looks icky.

for now, get someone you trust to do a very basic 'cleaning' only removing stray hairs but not touching the shape.

I completely agree, eyebrows are the FIRST thing I notice on a person!

When I was getting my brows waxed, they would last about 3 weeks. Since I started getting them threaded, about a year ago, they take about 2 months to grow in.
