Anybody know of a good place to get my eyebrows shaped in the city? Not waxed, just plucked/tweezed.
I don't know of a place in the city, but I know of one in Bklyn. She threads, tweezes, plucks all for $6! FM me if you're interested.
Are you interested in threading? If so, then Shobha is the place to go. Google for the website- shobha threading, they have 3 locations in the city and are FANTASTIC!
For threading I'd recommend Thread. They have 2 locations - Murray Hill and Financial District/Bklyn Bridge.
