Re: Eyebrows??
i read an article, says getting it done professionally is the best thing for a wedding
have 'movie star' eyebrows can really enhance your look. make your face look defined and perfectly framed
my are shabby and all over the place, so i'd love to have them professional arched and tweezed.

i know! they say that the best way to change your face w/o surgery is changing your eyebrows! but i have none. I've tried to grow it out but certain sections wont grow and there are times when it looks like i have 4 eyebrows b/c they wont connect

OMG I have the opposite problem, if I let them grow I'd have a big furry caterpillar over my eyes!
Grass is always greener, right?

i hate threading, it doesnt ever get all the hair for me
I should add that while i dont have enough eyebrow hair, the hairs i have are STUBBORN
if i pluck a hair you can sometimes see blood :(
so threading doesn't well work for me, only wax seems to do the trick
followed by 10 mins of tweezing ( no joke the asian ladies hate me)

Re: Eyebrows??
I let them grown and shaped them myself. They look great in pics. I would def. go to a place that just does eyebrows. Also, tell your makeup person will most likely fill in the 'bald' spots. You will look great

Ahhh okay..hmm what does the sculpting actually consist of??
.I've always had a good experience with the threading salons in Manhattan, and that's all they do, threading.

Re: Eyebrows??
idk LOL I saw it on the 'menu' at EA Red Door Spa, when i went for a manicure
I read about it, but cant find the article
I'm sure it's a threading, or waxing but I want something done by a 'specialist'
then my makeup artist can connect the dots LOL

Re: Eyebrows??
I recommend Susan @ Pretty Women in the 5 towns. The Price is reasonable and she's so good.
I have stupid eyebrows that grow down instead of up or across so when I got sick it gave them a chance to really grow in. I went to her and LOVE them!

i have the same issue. wax and then 10-15 mins of painful tweezing thereafter. no fun! i'm going to look into the sculpting too lol

Re: Eyebrows??
I actually have to go out and buy castor oil to grow my eyebrows , as I currently have thin skimpy ones, my makeup artist said that she wants me to apply it twice a day until the wedding.

Re: Eyebrows??
I have waxed my eyebrows pretty thin for so long. I am trying so hard to grow them out, but they are not getting full. I hate the way they look, but I am sucking them up in hopes that they will fill in.
