Fabric add-on?? (pretty confused)

I'm about to order my bm dresses, and they gave me the option of ordering 'fabric add-ons.' What in the world is a fabric add-on?? I'm ordering my dresses through netbride.com and I saw that phrase, and I emailed them asking about it but I never got a response...

i *THINK* it means they send you extra material that you could make into a shawl but it is probably just a part of the material, without finished edges or anything

I think it means the dress comes with extra fabric, like already attached to it. If you're a taller girl it's something to consider

ETA: I checked on the website I think this describes what you are asking

What if I need extra length or plus sizes?
Most factories suggest that you should consider ordering extra length if you are 5'8' or taller with shoes on. Extra length is usually an additional 5' of fabric added to the dress, and you will need to hem the dress to length desired in almost every case. Remember - if not sure, it's better to have too much length and be able to shorten than to have a dress that's too short and can't be let out. See the factory 's size chart for more specific information.

Extra length costs extra, as do most larger sizes over size 16. For these costs see the factory 's size chart.

Hmmm... might mean if you want to order your dress but in a different fabric option? I ordered Belsoie dresses in Tiffany Chiffon- but if I wanted to change the fabric to Crepe, for example, they would charge $30 per dress... Not sure but might be another option. I would call to confirm...

I was thinking that too, but on the order form, there's a section for when you want to order an extra length.plus size dress, AND a section for 'fabric add-ons'

I was thinking what a lot of you were thinking also about it being extra cloth for a shawl or something like that, but i'm not sure
