Fabric for bm dresses?

What is the fabric everyone is using or used? I am interested in a rich fabric.... Currently looking at Lamour Satin but I thought maybe there was something even more beautiful out there...

I used a black matte taffeta....I liked it a lot better than satin.

Another option is silk duponi which is beautiful but wasnt an option for the dress I chose.

I like the Matte Taffeta that my girls dresses came in, the crush factor was very big in my mind. Depending on the dress you choose, all the fabrics might not be available. There was one dress that my girls tried on and it was just so soft, I loved it but their dresses was not offered in that material Phooey
