Does anyone know any good stores for drapery and upholstery fabric? I went to the on on 110 (Fabric Mill?) and saw a few things I like but I think they are a little pricy. Im looking for something to slipcover my sofa and loveseat in. I dont want to spend too much as this is my first attempt on a project like this.

Re: Fabric Stores?
can't help you with places but if they work out, will you make me some?
Slip covers are so pricey and they never fit 100% right so I don't want to spend the money on them. Dh and I are living with my hand-me-down living room until the house and the floral, dirty couch gets on both our neves. I want to find someone who would make them in house ... I figured that would be cheaper and nicer!

Re: Fabric Stores?
There are a lot of fabric stores on the lower east side in the city. If you want I will ask around for suggestions.
