fabulous location for outdoor engagement photos?

fabulous location for outdoor engagement photos?

I've lived on LI for 35 years so you'd think I'd have some place in mind already, but I don't! Especially with fall coming, I'd like to take advantage of the weather and the changing colors etc.

I was considering Nunley's (the carousel by the cradle of aviation) because I love festivals/amusement parks, but I don't want all of our pictures to be of the carousel. Unfortunately neither FI nor I have any interest in planes, so the cradle of aviation is not high on our list. Does anyone know if Adventureland allows photographs to be taken inside during the week?

Can anyone recommend other outdoor places for FI and I to get our engagement photos taken? (Preferably not farther east than Riverhead or west of the Nassau/Queens border.)

centennial gardens in floral park is really nice, and it's free :)

We did ours wedding pics are Arygle (Babylon) and it was free :)
I thought I saw a couple do there trash the dress shoot at Adventureland but I could be wrong. I would call them up and ask.

Planting Field properties & Westbury Garden always seem to be pretty popular but it involves a fee.
