So just discussing some ideas I had with FH. He has been great during the planning, I do sometimes have to fish opinions out of him, but I can't complain since he is actually trying...sooo any way, I mention something about yellow ribbon...(a little background our wedding colors are royal blue, a lighter sky blue, and a canary yellow)
And as a response FH says...get this...
'I don't know I 'kinda' hate yellow'
WHAT. Who even hates yellow... first of all its a plain color lol, and hello itsoneofourweddingcolorswhichwechosetogetherandstuffisalreadyorderedinthiscolorthereisnochangingitnow
And that's just how I said it, in one breath, lol poor guy I went all emotional on him. But Seriously? You tell me NOW?

Boys are ridic
I originally wanted tiffany blue and silver for our colors but decided to change it to eggplant and silver when I found an eggplant dress that I loved. FH refused, said he HAD to wear a blue vest because 'it makes his eyes pop' (WHO TALKS LIKE THAT?!) and wouldn't budge. Then he comes with me when his sister was getting measured and we were finally ordering all the dresses and he says 'ya know.. I think I might want a silver vest' In my head I was like '!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!' UGH! I ordered the eggplant and told him there was no turning back, silver vest it is! LOL!

It's ok. My FH doesn't even know what our colors are even though I've told him a million times. Not to mention, it's the easiest colors to remember - white and light grey. Is that so hard?

Haha I have to say, I had a very similar convo with my FH, but it was for a different reason. But, while I've been making most of the decisions (bc he truly doesn't really care and knows I'm terribly OCD), I've run everything by him. So he doesn't like the colors I chose, I told him I'm going to paint the entire apartment those colors so by the time. We get married, he'll have gotten used to them. Well, that shut him up real quick! Lol. I even bought paint samples. The boy must really love me to not even try to call all my ridiculous bluffs like that.

Had the same fight with FH!! He told me he hated purple and doesnt want his groomsmen to wear any purple...I told him then he isn't going to get groomsmen...

haha fh has said similar thing our colors are very close to yours. Our colors are sapphire blue and buttercup yellow. He goes I don't have to wear yellow right I really rather wear the blue. I was like omg we picked these colors together really? I was like whatever you can wear blue I will add yellow into your boutonniere whether he likes it or not lol.
