Fairfield Apartments/Thunderbird Gardens W. Babylon

FH and I are in the process of looking for an apartment. Came across the Farifield Apartments specifically the Thunderbird Gardens in W. Babylon.

Does anyone have any input on Fairfield apartments or the THunderbird one?

Or any others in the area (we are already in the process of talking with the Harbour Club)??

I used to live in Harbour Club - LOVED IT!!! It's more expensive than Fairfield or Thunderbird but in my opinion, Harbour Club blows them both away!

I was looking into the fairfield in babylon... I almost got an apt there until I went online and googled reviews.. I read some pretty disappointing things that people had to say. I recommend you do the same.

FH and I live right near the Fairfield Apartments in Farmingdale, I feel like you can get a much nicer and better quality & quantity living space if you look at an apartment in a house... We looked at the Fairfield when we were apartment hunting and they wanted soo much money for not much and fully carpeted living space. I also read a bunch of reviews on them and heard really bad things about them. HTH!!!!!!

Thank you - i have been reading a lot of not so great things about them. Problem is there are a TON of their buildings all through LI and a lot in the area we are looking!!

bear in mind that one of the owners of fairfield just died. I have a feeling things are going to change. maybe a sell out for the widow and the co. but i think w a company that big, this may cause a situation. I'd look elsewhere.

I dont know if you are into buying at all-- but we just bought a condo in babylon village. Its called Whalers Cove and its in the heart of the village!! You might wanna look into that too

I have lived in two fairfields, honestly each one is different b/c they all have different property managers. Fairfield as a company itself ***** but if you read the fine print and know what you're getting into then its not a big deal.
