I've had some out of town work associates stay there. They would have preferred another hotel.

I would suggest looking at the Marriott Residence Inn in Plainview... not far from there and MUCH nicer. Plus, they have a bar and restaurant. NICE rooms. VERY friendly people. We're having our rehearsal dinner there, too. I LOVE that hotel... much nicer amenities. and they're VERY accommodating!
FM me if you have any questions! I did a lot of homework on all the hotels in the Syosset, Planview, Woodbury, East Norwich, etc. area for my Crescent wedding and I fell in LOVE with the Marriott Residence in Plainview.
