Does anyone live in any of these complexes?? If so, can you tell me which one, what type of unit you have, what your paying (if thats not TMI) and if you really like it??? We're tossing up the idea of possibly renting a place and I just wanted to get some feedback. TIA!!!!

I am moving into Fairfield on the bay in patchogue in a month and can not wait!! I currently live in a complex in bayport owned by home properties...and I would def not recommend them to anyone they are overpriced and the mgmt is horrible! I am going to be paying 1285 that includes everything but cable and electric it is probably one of their cheapest properties that they have..but it is very nice right on the water and the super is very nice!! Price is for a one bedroom decent size

i live in the Fairfield Courtyard at Farmingdale (the nice one) and, to be honest, i hate it and cannot wait to get out! The people in the Fairfield office are complete and utter idiots and honestly, they are just money hungry a holes that don't care about the tenants that live there. FM me if you want more details, but I strongly advise against living in any fairfield complexes. I would not want my worst enemy to live in a fairfield property.
BTW - I'm writing all about them to the BBB, so you can read my review there when I leave this place in May.
ETA I pay almost $1900 for a one bedroom apartment. They are THIEVES!
