I called her three weeks ago for the first time and it took a few days to hear from her again. She left me a message and then I left her one, but I haven't heard from her again. That was two weeks ago. I have heard it takes a while for her to get back to people and also that she is really good. I am going to try again over the weekend.

OMG !!!!! We probably called at the same time today.... I thought she was off today since she never called back. I don't get it... don't these vendors want our business ???? If I were offering this service, I would check my messages everyday (I check mine @ work every 2 hrs!!!) and I would return ALL the phonecalls. I called Jacqueline Nicole, she called me back the same day, was very helpful & booked an appt right away. I like her. I hate calling a vendor more than once, they need my business don't they ? jeez

write her an email! She is very busy, and some times she doesn't get back that soon. With emails she can responde you sooner, and let you know if she is available your wedding date. Since both of us were very busy, it took a while to make an appointment for the trial, and she kept my date reserved until then, and of course I booked her!

It took me a while to connect with her too. She is very busy and is also a young mom, so it may take a while for her to get back to you, but she is worth the wait, from what I hear and IMO.

I've been talking to her through the e-mail address that jennbaby gave you. She seems very busy and works late but she seems very nice.

I don't think vendors are standing by their phones. Give them a day or 2 to get back to you. Thats about standard. 3 hours is unreasonable. Be patient and they will call you as soon as they can. I am sure they want your business. As long as your nice to them on the chat. And yes I have heard she has children. But what does having to be young have to do with it. What is young these days? under 30?

It took her a few days to answer my e-mail and my phone message. I already gave up hope, but she came through in about 3 days!

I had theh same problem. It took her two days to get back to me - both times. Why is she so busy? Makes me think she'll be too busy or rushed to do a good job on my hair/makeup. Thoughts?

Wow. I had no problem reaching her. I called her pretty early on a Monday morning though. I believe she also works in a salon several days a week besides doing Fairytale Makeovers. She was an absolute pleasure to speak to.

She has gotten much busier as a result of this website. Give her time...she is fantastic!!! (She did my hair).
