...gone to see Jen for more than one trial? I had my trial with her last week and now the more I look at the pic that my sister took, the more I want to change. I brought pictures from a magazine and she did exactly what I asked, but I think I was wrong in my color choices...Anyway, have any of you gone back to her agAin to change things? I just e-mailed her and asked her all of this, but I wanted to get your opinions. Thanks!

Re: Fairytale Makeovers--have you...
I am going for a second run because I changed my hairstyle, and there is a shadow color I want to try and lipstick too ... there is nothing wrong with it. If you like her work what you want is to make sure that you will look how you would like the day of the wedding. Sometimes we have a fixed idea in our heads, but when we see it in 'real' we change our minds. I say go for it! I am definitely going for a second run through!
good luck,
Elena

How was your trial? Did you feel rushed, pressured, etc? I have mine with her the third week of Feb. I wanted to get JN, but she was already booked for November!! Is Jennifer's trial free or not (forgot)? Did she REALLY seem like she knew what she was doing, or could you have gotten the same treatment/advice from someone else?

Re: Fairytale Makeovers--have you...
Actually the one that was in a rush was me I had to tutor somebody, and I did not expect to spend 2 hours to 2hours and a half with her. She is very open to your likes and dislikes, and she knows what she is doing. At least I did truly like her. Her trials are $40 and go for the final balance, I am going for airbrush so my total is 170 minus the $40 for the trial. I guess that I will pay her another $40 for the second run through, but it is worth it.

Re: Fairytale Makeovers--have you...
Thanks Avesur...I'm sure Jen will be open to my suggestions at a second run through. In my e-mail I asked her if it would be another $40 and if that would also go towards day of wedding cost. Was I too presumptuous to ask this? I was also there for 2 and a half hours!!! No wonder why she is going to be at my house at 6:45 am to have me ready by 8:45am Jen did seem like she knew waht she was doing very well, likeI said I brought pics of hair and makeup and she did exactly what I asked, it was me who was off base with my colors...

I don't think that it would go towards the final balance ... but asking does not hurt
Yesterday I got my hair add-on piece for the new style I want. I will post pictures when I got for my second run through!
