Have a tanning question- my friend is very pale so she wants to get a fake tan- she went to Estee Lauder in Miracle Mile and it didnt come out good- anyone have any good places to recommend?
PS- not the tanning bed type, the spray on or rub-in version.
thanks!

I was thinking about going to Estee Lauder because I don't like the tanning bed idea, what was the problem? Recommendations would be great.

Re: Fake Tans
Check out Brazil Bronze. They have a location in Great Neck. I used them for my wedding and I loved how it came out. You can go as light and as dark as you want to. Definitely give them a try.

Re: Fake Tans
I've been using the Loreal one (it's in a yellowy-orangeish bottle) and it's really good. I don't streak at all and I am a total spaz at applying lotions (you should see my sunburn blotches from missing with the sunblock!).
Another bride on here had recommended a spray tan place in Lindenhurst...I think her screen name was Debsey. I was going to look into that.
ETA: The Loreal one is called Sublime Bronze. I'm very fair skinned and it gives me a nice tan color, not orange at all.

Re: Fake Tans
I heard that the Dove one is really good. My FH hates when I use the Jergens stuff. He's always like, 'Yuck, did you use that orange stuff? You stink!'.

well she is pale- so we knew it would be a challenge- but she was streaky and had fingerprints on her- she went and a more experienced person was able to even her out and it looks better.

Do you know the name of the more experience person? That way I can request that person.
