I was thinking about doing it because it is so beautiful, but i was talking to my florist and since she is doing a large arrangement on that table she said it wouldn't look good together. Also it is hard for people to look for their names on the tree.

Re: fall brides
What a cute and unique idea! My e-party is in the fall. I am also concerned that it would be a pain in the you-know-what to find your name.
Any other ideas for fall palcecard ideas?

Re: fall brides
when I go to weddings, it's a PIA to find my placecard (if it's a big wedding). this seems like a great idea, but too confusing.
I'm just doing the regular placecards.

Re: fall brides
my mom is making placecards with leaves on them. We got the punch outs at ac moore & she is going to glue them onto the place cards.

Re: fall brides
I think it's gorgeous and did save pics for this when I initally started planning...then all I could picture was a bunch of people looking for their names on this tree...I agree with Dleeny...it would be too confusing.
To maybe keep with that idea...for a while there the wish bowl idea was popular. This was another pic I kept...of a 'Leaf Wishes Tree'
