I am getting married Sept 21, 2008 and I have been so torn about themes and colors. I am trying to stay away from orange and brown. I think I am going to try and keep summer colors like pale green and light pink especially since my wedding is during the day.

Just look at the trees. A general rule of thumb for 'appropriate colors' for a specific season is to look around you at the colors found in nature. Fall collors are pretty much all the ones listed above; darker yellows, reds, oranges, brown, much deeper greens like olives. Or neutrals like coffee colors.

My BM's will be wearing red or burgundy cause there flowers consist of red, orange, green w/some berries on it...

My BM's wore cranberry and their bok's were red, orange and yellow.
