This is m list for June/July and I want to die!! But am I missing anything that should be done immediately...
To do:
Mail out OOT packages asap
Send final music decisions to Becky
Decide about Julie and Jenny's shawls
Finalize invitation wording with mom and dad
Finalize Italy invite wording and get printed at
kinkos
Finalize guest list (mom and Isabel)
Finalize Brad and Lea guest list
Get friend's addresses
Confirm all addresses
Send BM update to girls to see how they are and get
feedback
Continue to search for table runners at affordable
prices
Create payment schedule excel sheet for mom and Isabel
with all deadlines
Send list to Laurie of flowers that I want to use
Get music list from Darlene (mom)
Continue to look for candy vases - otherwise, use
Laurie's from wholesaler and price out final costs.
Look for scoopers, bags and labels
Start buying BMs gifts, slowly but surely
Future projects:
Design place cards (use Sizzix)
Start working on Ceremony program design
