Fall Cake Flavors

Fall Cake Flavors

We are going with a fall themed wedding and the Royalton asked us what flavor cake and filling we want. I just said Yellow Cake and Chocolate Ganache because I couldn't think of anything else!

However, I would like to incorporate fall flavors to go with our fall theme. Does anyone have any suggestions or had an outstanding cake at the Royalton?

I always think of fall when I have carrot cake...it's got the cinnamon and spices that remind me of apple cider

I think the flavors you have are just fine actually...yellow and brown are both fall colors lol!! And most ppl love yellow cake with chocolate filling because it pleases both chocolate lovers and ppl who might not like chocolate (is there such a thing? ) or be allergic to it .

Maybe smthin Pumpkin would be nice...even apple (they make gr8 pie filling)

I absolutely adore carrot cake with cream cheese icing but I'm not sure that many other people do.

What about Red Velvet. Its such a Fall color for when the cake is being served!

Carrot Cake is so fall-y
(though I enjoy it all year round).

Red Velvet is another good choice, though the taste doesn't scream 'fall' to me, the color does!

I know! I love carrot cake! I make it for every holiday for dessert.

My fiance is nervous that not a lot of people would like it.

The cinnamon cake with apple pie filling sounds good. Has anyone had something like that before?
