Fall Place card holders

Hi Ladies,
I am having a totally fall themed wedding and I need your opinions on some place card holders.

What are you using for place cards??????

I like the leaf!!! The mini-pumpkin is cute too (or is that a gord? Anyway.....) I would go for something that you can put together at least 1 week before the wedding. There are many other things to worry about that attaching pumpkins to your placecards that week. (But I am a bride that didn't have any BM near me, so it was all up to me and DH to get things done for the wedding.) If you know that people can help you, then I'd think about the pumpkins!!!! Do a search on fall brides too. There are many ideas there!!!!!!!!!! Good luck!!!!!!!!

For me, the squirrel is weird and the silver pumpkin is just too artsy. JMO!!!

Hi,
I picked the squirrel because my FI is fascinated with them for some reason????
He has no input on this wedding so whe ever he offers a suggestion I have to jump on it.

So to appease him I thought i could do a combo. I like that they are holding the acorns.

I really like the pumpkins. You are right though. If I do the pumpkins or gords I hope I will be able to find them in time for the wedding. That will have to be done a few days before. Maybe I can find cute fake ones?????

Thanks! Those squirrels are for a Thanksgiving table. Everyone thinks they are weird--lol!

I can't wait to tell my FI, he will be disappointed.

I thought of a tree with the leaves hanging off, but my reception room is dim and people will be standing there for an hour trying to find their leaf.

I am still searching so if anyone has any ideas, please let me know.

honestly. the leaf is nice...

the others... kinda tacky and sort of cheap looking.

My vote is for pumpkins because we did them....
We used fake ones. It only takes seconds to stick them on.

I like either the pumpkins or the gourd (sp). If you are doing autumn soft colors like creams and muted oranges, etc. like I did, the silver may not work. You may want something with gold? In which case the pumpkins/gourds are perfect. Both are adorable.

I like the leaf. I also like the mini pumpkins. It's a nice touch. Just make sure the pumpkins match the colors of your BOK/CP's.

yes I did. I got all the supplies at AC Moore. I used glue dots to adhere the leaves to the cards. it was sooooo easy!

MY FAVORITE IS THE PUMPKINS!!!(the orange ones!) I LOVE THEM!!! my second vote is for the traditional ones...very formal with the script & the leaves...but the pumpkins are #1 for me
