Fall Wedding Menu

For those of you getting married in the fall, what food are you serving to keep with the season?

I was thinking of serving butternut squash risotto as a vegetarian dish and some fall colored martinis as our signature drinks. Any other ideas for entrees and for the cocktail hour?
