Falling under my minimum - what kinds of things can I ask the RH for?
Will be under my minimum by 7-10 people(waiting on 3 more RSVPs). Our minimum was 75 people so we are off our min by possibly over 10%. What kinds of things can I ask the RH for? I can't extend the wedding an extra hour. What else is there?

do they have a martini bar? usually they'll throw that in. Also chocolate fountain you can ask for. If your RH does a bottle of white wine and red wine on each table they can probably do that too. Look at the extra's they have and see things that arent too expensive per person and they most likely will do it for you.
You can also ask for other things such as more ice sculptures or add 1 or 2 additional stations at CH. Instead of just pasta at dinner you can ask for the duet.

You can ask them to add on extras at the CH or you can ask them to wrap the up the extra dinners so you can take them home.

not sure if they'll throw in anything, but i'm sure they can wrap up the food or donate it to a worthy cause?
