Hi everyone!
It's a lovely autumn day in Pa. Mom and I attended the funeral of my Aunt, Mom's Sis-in-law. She was 84. She married my Dad's Brother, at age 13! They worked very hard, alongside each other, on a farm. She was laid to rest in a beautiful country spot, where wild violets cover the grounds in the spring. Aunt Adele would have been shocked at the loving gesture of the police car procession, in honor of her, and because her Granddaughter works at the Dept. It was both a sad, and meaningful time, to reconnect with family, and it gave me new motivation, to stay connected. I didn't leave without getting addresses for everyone! Instead of sending flowers, I plan to give a photo/scrapbook album, to the surviving children, for the keeping of memories, of their Mom. Does anyone else do something different than flowers? Mary
