Has anyone had any problems with Fantasia Bridal in Rocky Point, or with Maggie Sottero designs. Maggie Sottero sent the wrong dress to Fantasia and now my wedding is next month and I have no dress. Fantasia promises me that they'll get my dress in time but i'm stressing out and don't know what to do
They will get it and make it work. I got a Maggie at Fantasia and it was supposed to come in at the end of Feb. It didn't come until early April (b/c of Maggie not Fantasia). Not a huge problem except that I live out of state and it was an issue for fittings. I had one fitting mother's day weekend (less than a month before the wedding) and TWO fittings the week of the wedding (Tues and Thurs) and picked it up Friday. They will make it work!!
Thanks so much, that makes me feel a little better. I just don't feel comfortable that everything is in their control and there's nothing I can do.
I hear ya, I was freaking about having 2 fittings the week of the wedding, but they will make you a priority...even though they had no appointments open they made room for me b/c my wedding was that week, and the seamstress did adjustments basically overnight for me! They will make it work even if you only have 2 weeks for fittings, you will take priority!!
i'm getting my bm dresses through them and they have been great! I wouldn't worry, they will make sure everything is taken care of. My friend was a bm in a wedding and the dresses had to get a lot of alterations and the seamstress was like wonderwoman b/c she got them all done perfectly and on time.

my dress is there well on its way also. they are awsome so far.
My SIL used them and they were amazing to her. She lost SO much weight after the initial fitting and those seamstresses worked wonders. I'm planning on using them for my dress as well. I'm sure everything will be fine. Good luck.
let me clarify alicea and stephanie with the dark hair are amzing... stephanie with the blonde hair is a train wreck!!!!

Well the blonde hair one is the owner, and thats kind of the one helping me. So maybe I should deal with someone else, but did you get your dress??????
I got my dress, MOB, MOH, & FG dresses there & loved them...(my dress was stored there for almost a year)...everything came out great & their customer service is incredible....i wouldn't worry! I know alot of 07 girls went there & were happy with them too!
Alecia is an angel and did really well helping my sister choose her dress for her aug 2006 wedding. The owner; however, a complete *****. Due to a mistake made by the ladies at Fantasia, my sister's wedding dress came in 2 inches too short! To make a long story short, they fixed the dress by adding a ribbon on the bottom that matched a ribbon around her waist, but it wasn't perfect and kept flipping up all day/night. I swore never to go back there for my dress and I didn't.
