Fantasia Bridal - just how nice they are

I bought my dress off the rack there in June (it was never worn, had all its tags & was half price of the sample I tried on...and was actually my size)...

i went back this Friday to show my BF and get some good pics..(only had a camera phone last time..) we walked in a half hour before they closed and they were soooo friendly and nice, even though i was basically there to just try it on. No one came and said 'hey we're closing in 5 minutes, hurry up!'

When i got back into my car I realized it was almost 6:10..(close at 6)...just had to share how nice they are there...and they even said 'Come back anytime you want to visit it'

As a business owner customer service & attitude are very important to me- both times there they have been very positive and helpful.

First off you dress is Beautiful!!!!!!!! I'm a Fantasia Bride as well, the ladies there are great to work with. Very helpful from the moment that I walked into the store, I can't wait to go back and try my gown on when it comes in. My MOH took pictures, they even took a picture of my MOH and Myself so we could see what we looked like in our gowns together. I very highly recommend Fantasia Bridal to anyone who is looking for Bridal, BM's, MOB or MOG. They are the BEST!!!!!!!!

I agree!!!!
I ordered my dress and veil from them and I was just there to have my FSIL's BM dress altered and all the ladies there are SOOOO Nice. It is refreshing to see because it isn't too often.

Your dress is very pretty! I also had a very good experience w/ the customer service at Fantasia but I bought at Paradise only b/c it was closer to my mom's house and they had the dress I really Loved! But if not, Fantasia was awesome!
