Fantasy Football

Fantasy football season has begun.. anyone else's DH/FH OBSESSED with fantasy sports? DH is in TWO leagues.. he has his 2nd draft tonight. Saturday's draft lasted 5 hours!

PLUS- we have the DirecTV NFL Sunday Ticket- so I'm sure all the Men will be over NON STOP.

LOL - I am in 2 fantasy baseball leagues! No guy ever believes me! I am the one who got DH started in fantasy sports! I just signed up for a fantasy football league but it is just picking the winners not managing a team..I can't do that because I know very little about the football players. Baseball is my sport...

DH is currently in 2 fantasy baseball leagues and 4 fantasy football leagues....and will be in more I am sure when basketball starts up! he didn't do any live drafts though...

I have also been warned to cook something good for Thursday nights J-E-T-S game! I am not a very big football fan...thank goodness we have three tv's!

My DH spent 3 hours doing his first draft last night.

HAPPY LABOR DAY TO ME!

I am a fantasy sports widow! My husband is part of three football leagues and two baseball leagues. I look forward to January through April, it is the only 'non-fantasy sports' time I get!!!!

It is SOOO ridiculous! What are you going to do? It's really his only real hobby so I can't complain- but I hate being a football widow!

Re: Fantasy Football

we don't do fantasy football, but FH and I are part of a pool, which he is addicted to, we have to figure out after each game, how many games he has verses the other people.

THIS IS SO FUNNY!!! My FI is going to some fantasy fottball convention tonight, I guessfor his draft. He spent three hours on the phone with his brother last night is Colorado talking about it. Our wedding is in two weeks and he is like- 'I need to do this. Have to miss the final meeting at our venue.' I thought I was the only one who had to put up with this. 28 year old guys!!!!

From November through February, every single Sunday we have to watch the games, so I guess this is better!!!! Fantasy than reality!Lol!

He participates, but isn't obsessed. We do watch football all day on sundays though.....and I participate in the football pool at work for a mere $5 a week

Actually I'm the one who's obsessed. I belong to 3 fantasy baseball leagues and 2 football leagues.

I have major problems when it comes to sports.

Re: Fantasy Football

OH yeah, he is part of one fantasy football team (thank god only one) and the football games are back..I keep teasing him telling him that this is the last year he will be watching football and next year we will spend 'quality time' together going shopping instead of watching football, and that I am going to put a lock with a password on the channels that show football. If he really thought I was serious about that, there would be no wedding, lets put it that way! Does that give you a clue to how much he likes football?!?
