I passed by there this morning and there's a banner that says 'store closing'! Is that true? Where is everyone gonna get their ribbon now, lol!

yup. it's true.
one of the last times i was in there--a cashier told me that she thought they would have to close soon--after soooo many years---cause they just can't compete with stores like ac moore, michael's, and the internet!

Oh I just think that it SO SAD. I hate seeing a local business go under because of 'the MAN'.

yup, very sad and very true. I remember going to this store with my mom when i was still in a carseat. they are closing 12/15.

It is very sad to see. I have memories of going there with my mom as a child also. Only now as an adult do I appreciate stores like this.
They are having sales right now and still have some wedding stuff left. Including ribbon!

I have heard rumprs that they are closing the store but will reopen in a diff location and at a much smaller capacity.

Yeah I posted it on here a few weeks ago, apprerently the owner wants to retire and the kids dont wanna take over.

My co-worker was there last night and said everything is one sale plus 10% off.
