Ok here is the dress my sister is wearing to my wedding.. I'm not having bridesmaids so she bought a gown at Macys and I do like it. Here is the dress but in olive.

I told her to buy gold shoes and she bought these....

I personally don't know how she will survive all night with 5 inch heels but that is her problem... is it me or are they a little casual for the dress? I'm especially referring to the cork part.

i'm struggling with your links, but yes gown and cork should not be in the same sentence.

I don't see the pic of the dress, but I saw the shoe. My personal opinion...I wouldn't where a shoe that has cork with a gown for a wedding, I just feel that the shoe looks too casual.

Ummm...it looks like a fashion no no. It should be a nice strappy shoe with that dress.

I love the dress- but not liking the shoes with the dress. The cork doesnt make it look dressy enough

Definitely don't like those shoes. Especially not appropriate with a formal gown.

I agree with you; however, are you planning on telling her not to wear them?

If so, I'm not really sure how I feel about telling guests what to wear. Sorry
