Fashion Question - help needed!!

I am going to my co-worker/friend's Bachelorette party on March 25th. We are taking a limo into NYC for bar/lounge hopping. I was told the appropriate attire was nice/cool jeans and a cute/awesome top.

My question is : Is it okay to wear sexy strappy open-toed heels..... or is it too early in the Spring season for open-toed shoes?????

IMO, it's never too early in the year for them..they always look nice!

You can totally do open toe sandals.. the weather is not that frigid where you can get frost bite, so I think you will be ok!!!
