i have the book , never tried it. i was thinking about starting the extreme fat smash its a 3 week program after this weekend ( i am going away this weekend, not the best to be on a strick diet)

I'm looking for a generous person to give me 7K so I can do lipo. I have yet to find a diet that works for me.

what is this fat smash diet??? I just googled it and it said you can lose 12 pounds in 3 days- i must try this! Will someone send me the details!!??

FH and I have attempted this diet about 4 times.You detox for 9 days (thats when you lose the most weight) But youre retricted to just veggies & water lol
By day 3 you're STARVINGGGGGGG

I mean after 9 days you start introducing more into the diet, but its going to take a few weeks before you get to your meats n fruits.
