i just checked out some of those songs...and i always loved the rainbow connection but i just heard it by sarah mclachlan and it almost made me cry. it's so pretty and i love her voice!

thanks for this list...i've been trying to figure out a song for me and my dad b/c the mushy you're-the-best-dad-ever songs just don't work for me. the rainbow connection just might be it...
