Father drama ... A Little long

I am so pissed and upset....So my parents are divorced and hate each other. I am like get over it because its been almost 15 years. So I am the only child left to get married. He just came home from a 4 month vacation in Germany. Here is our conversation:

ME: 'Hi Dad, How was your flight and what are you doing tomorrow'
DAD: 'It was good. Nothing Why?'
ME: 'I am going to pick you up at noon for a tux fitting'
DAD: 'I don't think so. I am not wearing a tuxedo. I am wearing a dark suit. I didn't wear one to your brothers or sisters wedding'
ME: 'Dad, Are you serious, their weddings were so much different than mine. They got married upstate and only took immediately family out for dinner. This is a wedding hall with approximately 200 people that are attending. Everyone is going to say I can't believe he is not wearing a tuxedo.
DAD: 'I dont give a S**T what other people say'
ME: 'Very nice thank you. Have a great day!
DAD: 'Wait'
ME: 'CLICK'

He is such a stubborn German.

So I call my mom and she says, He is such a D**K! He never changed. He is still the same a**hole I married.

If it makes any difference, both of our dads wore black suits and they looked fabulous, and nobody said anything about them not wearing tuxedos.

do you think it's a money issue? or does he just like to get his way?

if it's money, i'd offer to pay for the rental, or you can buy one at karako for $100 - my mom just did that for my step grandfather

My brother called him and told him I said if he doesn't wear a tux he will not walk me down the aisle and will not be in pics. He just doesn't care about either. Him and I are not very close at all, I only asked him to walk me down the aisle because people do not know my relationship with him and I don't want to explain when people ask.
