Are you girls sharing your songs with your family or father prior to the wedding?
I'm afraid that Dad will listen to it and start in about it being Sappy...

it was already known that we are dancing to 'daddys little girl' (old version - dont know who sings it) he danced to that with 2 of my other sisters.

I am going to put a few songs (maybe 5 or so) on a CD and giving it to him. Then he can choose which of those he would like. I think that is a fair way to do it

I am not sure! I don't know if I should pick it and surprise my dad OR let him pick it and surprise me! What do we think girls? If I do pick it...I guess I will keep it a surprise for my dad

I played the song that I wanted to dance to my father with for him and he started to tear up. I knew that was the one. We're using Sailing by Christopher Cross.

I told him, but he doesn't even know the singer (even though its Jessica SImpson lol) and he wouldn't go out of his way, he chooses to be surprised.
