My dad passed away so I'm dancing with my mom to 'Puff the Magic Dragon' - she used to do a lot of drugs.

I guess I loved Her First by Heartland is like the offical father/daughter dance of 08 since so many of us are using that song. I cry everytime I listen to the song. It's so perfect

I call it the 'Butterly Kisses' of 2007/2008.

I had never heard of it until one of the 2007 brides mentioned it. I downloaded it and as soon as I heard it I wiped off the tears and said 'THAT'S IT!!!!'

I played it for my parents my mom was hysterical and even my dad was all teary eyed (tho he probably wouldn't admit).

I'm not a country fan but I LOVED this song

I actually heard it and planned on using it a while before it was even mentioned here on the boards... country is big here in Pittsburgh, and i'm forced to listen to it sometimes when I'm at work, and the minute I heard that song I knew I had to use it! Then all of a sudden a few months later I think Z100 played it and it exploded on here! I absolutely love it though... it's perfect!

my grandfather is walking me down the aisle and will be dancing with me. We are going to start off with something mushy and then break out in the lindy (he taught me how to do that dance).

If we dance the whole time to a slow song, everyone will be crying hysterical, lol
