I am 19 days 17 hours 47 minutes and 55 seconds from my wedding day and I still need to lose weight and tone up. Aunt flo is in town which isnt helping but I need help on how to lost weight or tone up. On most days, I'm about 2 lbs from my goal weight but my upper arms and my mid section are the toughest spots.
I work 12 hours a day so I dont have any time to go to the gym or do any time consuming exercises.
Please share your dieting tips and exercise routines that have been working (or worked) for you! I need all the help I can get!!!
TIA!!!!

Re: Fatty
Join WW!!! You can do it online snce you're working 12 hour days and can't go to meetings.
Also, get some free works and you can work your arms before or after work. Its super quick

Re: Fatty
Get 3lb weights and do 'punching' routines, your arms will tone up super quick. Also, so may of my friends are swearing by px90 at home workouts.

Re: Fatty
it isnt easy but if you try to flush your system by drinking LOTS of water and avoiding salt as much as humanly possible, you may be able to lose a lot of water weight. also as a quick weight loss you can cut your carbs (pasta, breads, fruits, refined sugars), and although it works, you will gain the weight back once you start eating carbs again. maybe after the wedding you can switch back to ww dont know what your work schedule is like, but during the day if you can go walking during lunch, leg lifts and arm lifts with free weights at your desk, climb stairs instead of elevator, etc. that can help alot too good luck!!!

Re: Fatty
30 day shred by jillian michaels. I just do the easiest level, level 1, it's about 20-30 minutes once every other day and it helped me lose weight. I gained it all back and then some, but next week I'm starting again because I have 15-20 lbs I need to lose before my first dress fitting!!

Re: Fatty
weight watchers and Pilates!! I swear by Pilates... you can tone up in like 6 sessions with a reformer. just let your instructor know that's the area you want to work on.
NYSC has a reformer and there is als one in Times square if you work in the city. I have an instructor in the city that starts at 7 am to 10 pm if you need... FM me if you want more info

Re: Fatty
Small meals throughout the day. Lots of water, fruits and vegetables. NO SODA. Grilled fish and chicken, LOW carbs. I did this for a month and lost 12lbs.
