my fav radio station when i lived in new york was.ktu...no only kidding it was 102.7...but does anyone remember wktu...it was before kroc...old disco station

DRE... and LIR, but DRE was better!! LIR got too mainstream. also 107.1 when it was country
now i listen to 90.7 WFUV (Fordham radio station) and 94.3 (even though the reception has s u c k e d lately!!) And i'll flip through the other stations.

Magic 105.3 - San Antonio (which I now listen to via web) Mix 94.7 - Austin
Here I listen to Z100 in the morning and then can't STAND it the rest of the day. I find myself constantly searching for something good to hear on the radio in the car on the weekends.. mostly none impress me so I end up hooking in my ipod and not listening to the radio much.

at work i listen to web radio too... a country station in Texas. (WPLX 99.5 the Wolf)
or a Massachusetts one (they always had the best stations!!!) WMVY is good.

I like 106.1 but since I am on the border of Nassau and Queens it doesnt come in very well sometimes.

LIR but before it was DRE and then back to LIR.

WDRE... WLIR...92.7 Radio has just not been the same since it has left us Now I can't find a station that plays all the music I like, so... I'm a CD girl!

I liked 102.7 when Opie and Anthony were on it. Now I listen to 97.1, 97.9, 103.5, 105.9 and 107.5, and every once and a while 104.3

Are there any country stations in NY anymore? When I head out to my parents I get the CT station on 92.5 but not around here
