I was thinking of doing godiva chocolate (buying it and packaging it myself) as favors, but I don't know when I should do this. The wedding is about a month and a week away, and I don't want to do it the week of. How far advance do you think I can put the favors together?
P.S. I have a huge walkin freezer/fridge at my moms business that I can store these in

Re: favor advice
I would think you can do them now. Chocolate doesn't go bad for a very long time and its not like we have extreme heat now. I would do it now and get it overwith.

Agree. I would get it out of the way now if you can. The chocolate will be fine.

Just be careful! If you put them in the fridge and then take them out they may sweat! I would ask the people at Godiva -- thye may just tell you a cool place (not the fridge)
