Favor Bags and Stickers

FOR MY EPARTY-

I want to either let people make their own goody bags filled with candy and goodies OR

fill them myself and hand them out at the end with my STDs inside

Any suggestions

Also I need a good site on where to find some cheap bags and cute stickers...

I think you should fill them yourself. YOu don;t have to buy as much candy to make sure that you don;t run out. And you dont need scoops or jars or anything.
