Favor Frames Question

OK, I need some ideas. My favors are going to be Lenox photo frames. The frames are small and fit a 2' by 3' picture. Originally, I was thinking of using it as a place card but have now decided against that.

The question is what shoud I put in the frame. I would like to put something in there with a nice phrase or quote to say thank you. Any ideas?

Also what should i put it on? I thought it was the size of a business card but it is smaller. What should I use?

to cut them out i would set up a template in word and then just use a paper cutter to cut them down to size.
