Favor idea: Wedding Sprinkles

I'm thinking about favors and really don't want to spend too much on them. I came across these 'Wedding Sprinkles' on Beau Coup's website. They're tins filled with seeds of different flowers. Do you think it's a good idea? I'd probably make it a DIY project instead of buying them pre-made from this website...

I like it! Very cute and original.

I like things that aren't knick knacks that I feel compelled to keep around forever (esp if they don't match your decor). Anything that can be used or eaten or even an ornament that you can bring out at special times gets a thumbs up from me!

And do it yourself will be very cost effective. I ordered labels for my favor project from here that will prob work for this:
