Any good ideas out there for wedding favor ideas? Looking for something other than your traditional wine stopper, measuring spoons/cups, etc. Nothing too expensive - trying to keep under $4.00pp

we are giving chinese food take out containers at their seat with a note inside that will say 'you will need this to get a sweet treat for celebrating the start of a sweet life with us' (or something to that affect) and then they will dive into a huge candy bar before they leave...That isn't desert either!

We are doing Lindt truffles in a box. White chocolate one my fav!

I am giving chocolate covered oreos from afresh approach and framed photo albums which are doubling as escort cards. I think I spent 2.50 per guest.

We did Charity Donations from the St. Jude's Children's Hospital/Cancer REsearch center. They actually made up the scrolls for us--with a picture of a child and beautiful wording.
Check them out....the favors are really special, in my opinion.

Have you tried wrapwithus? they have these cup sets that come in boxes already, pretty cute and I think they have it for under $5
ETA: pic, this one is on their site and the price is depending on the number of favors you need.
OMG Im thinking of having a victorian style bridal shower. I would love to give tea sets away as favors. That looks great!

look at orintal trading for weddings they have some good stuff there as of now i am going to do votive candle holders with our name and date and will prob put electric tea lights in them and have them on at at each persons seat as part of center piece
only thing is we will have to put the lable on our self
We're going to give away spice grinder bottles (here ) and put some sort of spice in there (maybe peppercorn? sea salt?). Spices in bulk are pretty affordable. And we just have to slap on a label to personalize the bottles, and voila: Wedding favor!
