Favor insight please?

Favor insight please?

Hi.

I had once gone to a wedding where the guests (children and adults) alike had grabbed multiple favors. My question is how do I ensure that each person only take one?

Any suggestions?

TIA!

You can do what we are doing and hand them out at the end of the night as you say goodbye ( time consuming but a tradition in his family)

Or put one of each place setting? ( if you are doing one per person)

One way is to incorporate your favors as placecard holders. That way when people get their seating assignment, they will be getting their favor as well.

This is also a spanish tradition and what we were going to do before we decided on making a donation.

You can also put one on each place setting, I've seen it done and it drives the point accross that it belongs to whomever is sitting there.

it really depends on what your favors are. If you can possibly place one at each place setting on the table that is ideal. We had a 400+ person wedding and did one favor per couple or family so this wasn't going to work for us. I assigned a few people to stand at the door at the end of the night and hand them out as guests left. BTW we did CD favors.

oh and if you're having a large wedding, always have extras. some people will still manage to take extras

you can make pretty name tags on each one.
