Favor- Opinions Needed

Hi ladies!

So I found this candy dish at Wrap with Us in Syosset that I wanted to use as a favor, but unfortunately when I went to order, it was discontinued. FML

So, I kind of have my heart set on doing a candy dish. I cannot for my life find an affordable candy dish that I like.

I did find some dessert dishes online that I thought I MIGHT be able to pass as a candy dish.

Only thing is, they are smaller than I thought they would be and I wanted to do one favor per couple/individual. I ordered a sample in the mail.



What do you think of this? If you got this as a favor, would you be like w-t-f? Would it be better if I fill it with candy so people know it's supposed to be a candy dish? If so, how can I wrap it? I can't really put it in a box and wrap it with wrapping paper if there is candy inside.

All opinions, suggestions, etc. are welcome and appreciated!! I'm lost. TIA!!!

Maybe put some candy in it and wrap it in a clear plastic with ribbons??

Or you can leave it empty and wrap it in the plastic and attach some sort of tag with a cute poem or something that will let people know it's a candy dish?

I think it's nice, how big is it?

You can add some candy and then you clear wrap / cellophane and tie it with personalized ribbon maybe.

i think if you filled it with candy people would get what you are trying to go for. Check out this site, they are pretty reasonable, they have similar stuff but ceramic HTH
