Favor question....

We are doing a donation to the Autism Society of America for our favors and I am working on making up the little cards (they will have a bracelet attached) and I am not sure how to word the fact that we made the donation.
I have seen '____ and____ have made a donation in your name to _____'
But, it wasn't really in their names.
How should I write it???????

There's already a short chain about this, I think.
Someone suggested a line like 'Thank you for helping us make our day special. In return, we're helping XXXX make a special day for those in need', or something like that. I'm thinking of doing the same thing.

I can't help you with your saying, but just wanted to say THANK YOU for doing donations to such a wonderful cause. My little nephew was born weighing 1.9lbs......fought for his life, survivied, and is now a beautiful 7 year old boy!

He was diagnosed with Autism when he was a toddler........so again, THANK YOU!!!!

aww, thank you so much for the kind words. I work with kids with autism, so it is a cause that is near to my heart. Glad to hear your nephew is doing well

Maybe you can put 'Thank you for being a part of our day-a donation to ________ has been made in the honor of our guests'

And what you are doing is great!
