How far in advance do I need to order my favors? Should I have done it already? The guest list is at 258 right now. Should I wait till the RSVP date to order?
Also, in addition, my mother is insisting I get the jordan almonds. The plan is to have one bag for each guest. Any idea how many I should order?
I'm really stupid when it comes to this stuff.

if they can ship them by a good time..and u have enough time to wrap them or do whatever u have to do b4 the wedding then wait till u hav the number---but if it was me id prob get them now cause with my luck they would be on bakorder or something lol

We're getting married the same day! I have my favors..they're all wrapped and ready to go! You have to do jordan almonds -- it's tradition! One per guest is correct for the almonds...I just ordered satin pouches and satin ribbon for mine. Should be here any day. I over-guestimated it... We'll probably have about 200 people...I ordered 225..... that's also something you can get more of last minute if you need it.

I'm so afraid of them being on backorder, I just might order them now, but I'm also afraid of being stuck with 200 coasters!

I didn't order my almonds yet. I'm waiting until it gets closer cause I want them to be fresh! Haha! I ordered the packaging for them. Judge it by how many you need... traditionally, you put 5 almonds in each.......

I would wait until you get a definite number because i ordered way before i had a set number then i was hoping i had enough favors so i wouldn't have to order anymore.
I bought one bag of almonds from party city but i only had 25 favors to wrap and it was more than enough. I used 3 almonds for each favor.
The bag from party city has 100 almonds in each bag so it says on the bag itself.
