Favor question--per couple or per person?

We are ordering wine bottle stoppers for our favors....should we give out one per couple or per person?

oh good question....we are doing martini shakers, and I figured why would anyone that lives together want 2 martini shakers. So we're doing one per couple, even if they dont live together, because it would get too complicated to give those that dont live together seperate ones, etc.

Good idea?
