try 'personalized ribbon'
i'm not having it done ... just using plain ribbon ... much cheaper that way

ETA: but if i was doing it, i'd probably write our names followed by the wedding date

we also used plain ribbon and then printed hang tags on the PC - - much cheaper that way.
If I remember correctly, Party City had one of the best prices on personalized ribbon.

the wedding channel & knot stores sell the rolls of ribbon.
Typically i've seen the couples name and the wedding date printed.
