Favor site - help!

Hi ladies,

Not too long ago someone posted about a site that was having a great sale on favors. Now I can't find it and I'm trying to negotiate with my favor person, so I need the site. Can anyone help?

Thank you thank you thank you!!!

Blue Rainbow was the one with the V-Day sale.
I got the LOVE coasters for I think $1.47 each.
