You can DIY them by buying cardstock from Michael's and a large circular hole punch. That's what I did for mine (just not circular, they're a different shape).

you can buy paper for printer paper that creates round labels (i googled 'round printer labels' and a few came up)
if you don't want to DIY them, then etsy's a good place to go

I bought the gartner ones from Michaels and DIY'd at home. Super easy!
